Shipping Rates

Placing an order with Rugstoreonline.co.uk is easy. Here are the steps you need to follow. If you have any problems when following these steps, please contact us.

Add the Items to Your Cart" button or you can click the "Add to Basket Choose your Country and Shipping Method which will automatically calculate Shipping Cost for your delivery, or follow the details below for a step by step guide.

1. Find the Items you want

first you need to browse or search for the items you would like to order. You will also find links to browse lists and more detailed product-specific, store search is in the left navigation bar.

2. Add the Items to Your Shopping Cart

if you want to order an item from Rugstoreonline.co.uk, click the "Add to Cart" button or you can click the "Add to Basket" button in the detailed product-specific page. You will then be directed to your Shopping Cart.

3. Shopping Cart

Take a moment to review all of the items you've placed in your Shopping Cart. At this point you will able to delete Items, enter Coupons and choose your Country and Shipping Method which will automatically calculate Shipping Cost for your delivery.

When you're ready you can choose to Update your Order, Continue Shopping, Remove All or to place an order for everything in the "Shopping Cart Items", click the "Checkout" button. You will be taken to the Checkout Page.

4. Checkout

At this stage you can use the Express Checkout or enter your Username and password. If you are a new guest here, please register first. Once it finished, click the "Proceed to checkout" button.

5. Confirm and Choose a Payment Method

Tell us where you would like to ship your order. And choose your Billing Address. Then click the “continue” button. And select Payment Method for your convenience.

Delivery

We will deliver the goods ordered by you to the address you give us for delivery at the time you make your order.

We will not be obliged to offer any additional compensation if the goods are not delivered within this time frame. You will be informed by email once your order has been dispatched, stating details of the courier used and the consignment note number.

Delivery is usually made within 1 - 3 working days in the UK, all other destinations will be will take 7 - 10 working days. All deliveries will require a signature. If no one is at home then a card will be left with contact details for the courier and a response must be made within 7 days. Failure to respond to the courier’s card will result in your Purchase being returned to us, and an additional postage charge will be incurred.

Next Business Day Delivery - Delivery GUARANTEED by end of next working day. Order must be placed before 12.00PM GMT (Monday - Friday). Please note signature is required on delivery.

It is your responsibility to make sure that someone is available to receive delivery and sign for items that require signature on delivery. (Subject to the correct email address being entered when placing your order)..

We ship via UPS (United Parcel Service) and Parcel Force, who will ensure that your Purchase arrives with care and in a secure packaging.

Additional charges may be incurred for remote UK addresses. All the prices are in GBP Sterling and do NOT include customs, shipping and insurances. Our listed prices are subject to change without prior notice.

Free Standard Click & Collect

Standard Click & Collect orders take up to 1 working days.

1. Place your order online.

Add your items in the basket as normal, but when placing your order choose 'Click & Collect' from the delivery options.

2. Complete Order.

Follow the rest of the checkout process to complete your order.

3. Email Confirmation.

You will receive an Order Confirmation Email to confirm your order is placed.

We aim to have all Click & Collect orders ready in up to 1 working days as stated in our delivery conditions.

4. Collect Your Order.

Please bring your confirmation email or order number with you and don't forget to bring some ID.

If you do not collect your order within 14 days your order will be cancelled and you will be issued with a full refund automatically. Please note, your refund may take 3-5 days to appear in your account.
